请提供订单号、物流官网签收时间、带时间戳的完整开箱视频及清晰商品照片，并保留螃蟹、捆绑绳和包装以便核实。 / Provide the order number, carrier-recorded delivery time, a complete timestamped unboxing video and clear product photos. Keep the crab, tying string and packaging for verification.

我们的标示重量不计捆绑绳及外包装。如经核实螃蟹重量低于商品页或订单标示规格，我们会按售后条款对不足部分退款或赔付。 / Declared weight excludes tying string and outer packaging. A verified shortfall will be refunded or compensated under the after-sales terms.

来源承诺仅适用于商品页明确标注为阳澄湖来源的产品。如经核实产地与明确标示不符，我们会按订单售后条款支持退款。 / The assurance applies only to products explicitly listed as originating from Yangcheng Lake. A verified mismatch qualifies for a refund under the order terms.
